End Unit Configurations

There are a total of 36 end units at SeaSpray. There are two configurations: a one bedroom and a two bedroom unit. The one bedrooms are between 929 square feet and 1006 square feet and the two bedrooms are between 1294 square feet and 1381 square feet.

The majority of end units are configured with the two bedroom unit in the upper level and the one bedroom unit being a handicapped accessible lower unit. However, there are a few instances where this condition is reversed.

Check the site plan and building plans to determine the configuration of the particular townhouse unit.

Townhouse Configuration

There are a total of 74 townhouses in SeaSpray. There are 4 townhouse configurations. They range in size from 1448 heated square feet to 2013 heated square feet. All have the same standard floor plan except some have garages, some have walkout basements and some have a large shed dormer on the 3rd floor. All the townhouses have an unfinished 3rd floor bonus room and the option of finishing the bonus room and the option of a 2nd floor luxury master suite with a walk-in closet and Jacuzzi bath in lieu of the standard 2 bedroom layout. All townhouses can be configured in either a two bedroom or three bedroom layout. The three bedroom option is at an additional cost.

Standard townhouse :
No garage, no walkout basement.

Townhouses with garage :
Includes a large garage under the townhouse.

Townhouses with walkout basement:
Includes a walkout basement with a slider door.

Townhouse with full rear dormer:
32 of the townhouses will have a full rear dormer on the third floor, increasing the size of the space on the third floor bonus room to a total of 565 feet! The units that have a full rear dormer may be standard townhouses, townhouses with garages or townhouses with walk-out basements.
